Devon

Veterinary Assistant/Events Coordinator

Devon grew up in Sun Valley, Idaho where she spent her childhood racing down mogul runs and competing alongside her horse, Maggie, in everything from ranch sorting and high school rodeo to cutting and beyond.

Her passion for horses took off when she started riding seriously at age 10, and it’s only grown stronger since. In 2018, Devon moved to Colorado to pursue a degree in Equine Science at Colorado State University. While at CSU, she became deeply involved with the CSU Polo Club, serving as a horse manager for three years. It was there that her interest in equine sports medicine and rehabilitation was sparked, as she helped care for the club’s polo ponies through various injuries and recovery plans.

Today, Devon rides western and is working her way back into the show pen, focusing on ranch versatility events. At our practice, she wears many hats — from assisting in equine rehabilitation and working as a veterinary assistant in the field, to helping with our marketing and social media efforts. Devon is always eager to learn, connect with clients, and spend time with the horses she loves helping feel their best.
