Practice Manager

Reagan Spence grew up in Central Florida, where her love for horses began at a young age—sparked by watching Spirit on VHS after school nearly every day. That early fascination quickly turned into a lifelong passion, leading her from riding lessons to camps, volunteering, and working as a barn hand and groom.
Reagan attended Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas, where she was a Division I Women’s Rower. While her scholarship required her to step away from riding during the school year, she always found her way back to the barn during breaks. She graduated in May 2022 with a degree in Applied Physiology and Health Management.
After college, Reagan moved to Wyoming to work on a ranch for the summer, fully immersing herself back into hands-on horse work. She later relocated to Colorado, where she gained experience across multiple barns while also building strong operational and client-facing skills through professional roles. She now brings that combined background to her role as Practice Manager at Front Range Equine Performance.
In May 2025, Reagan purchased her first horse, fulfilling a lifelong dream. Outside of the clinic, she enjoys spending time with her horse, her sweet dog, and her mischievous cat, as well as hiking, fishing, photography, and playing board games.
Reagan has always aspired to be part of the veterinary field, and she feels incredibly grateful to work alongside such a talented team at Front Range Equine Performance, supporting both the horses and the clients they serve.
