Junior Rehabilitation Assistant
Maya has been riding and tending to horses since she was 5 years old. She met Dr. Marshall at 7 when she was providing a vet check for her Shetland pony Little Dixie. For the last 7 years Dr. Marianne has been an integral part of her horse life.
Maya has assisted in running barns, rehabilitating her OTTB Phoebe from Colic surgery, running horse summer camps, riding on ranches, trails and in the show ring.
She is often found shadowing incredible equine trainers, veterinarians, and equine body workers. Her most current project has been working with her Mustang mare Byrdie. Maya is super grateful to be working alongside the amazing team at Front Range Equine. Her goal is to attend vet school.
