Rehabilitation Assistant
Grace’s passion for horses started at the young age of 2 years old with her first half-Arabian mare Dusty and quickly transformed into a competitive youth career in Arabian horses, and has transformed later in life to American Quarter Horses and the western performance horse industry. Grace holds multiple national titles in hunter and western pleasure disciplines in Arabian horses, and has similarly had great success in the reining and ranch riding pen with her horse Finn in more recent years.
Amongst her horse training experience, Grace also graduated summa cum laude with a B.S. degree in Chemistry from Colorado Mesa University. While she spent a majority of her time in undergraduate as an organic chemistry and protein biochemistry student researcher, Grace also has a great deal of experience in veterinary technician and rehabilitation roles from her time spent at multiple clinics across the state of CO. It is her hope to pursue graduate education within the next few years of her career within the field of biomedical sciences.
When Grace isn’t working, she enjoys spending time with her horse Finn competing in various NRHA and AQHA sanctioned events as well as training with her German Shepherd dog Malachi in PSA (protection and bite sports).
