Veterinary Assistant

Emily joined Front Range Equine Performance as a veterinary technician, bringing a diverse background in equine care, animal health, and hands-on horsemanship. She holds a degree in Equine Training and Management and has completed multiple internships with natural horsemanship trainers and equine reproduction farms, building a strong foundation in equine behavior, handling, and performance care. Her experience also includes working in a small animal emergency clinic, where she developed valuable skills in fast-paced patient care and clinical support.

An accomplished high-level cowboy mounted shooter, Emily has spent years immersed in the equine industry and is passionate about continually expanding her knowledge of equine medicine and performance care. She is especially driven by opportunities to learn and grow while helping horses perform and feel their best.

Outside of the clinic, Emily enjoys riding motorcycles, snowboarding, fishing, competing in mounted shooting events, and participating in dog sports with her two cattle dogs.
