About Sleip AI Gait Analysis

Veterinarians with a subscription to Sleip AI Gait Analysis app now have the ability to invite clients to record their horses from their own devices! The analysis video and data are automatically uploaded to your veterinarian’s account, enabling quality remote support and objective monitoring of your horse’s soundness and at home rehabilitation programs. 

Using this application for video acquisition ensures our veterinarians have the best diagnostic quality video to properly assess your horse’s soundness and make further recommendations. Therefore we are now accepting video recordings for follow up lameness assessment and rehabilitation consultations via our Sleip AI Gait Analysis app.  

How it works: 

  • An email from Sleip with an invitation to record your horse with the Sleip app according to the veterinarian’s instructions.

  • Follow the instructions to download the Sleip app

     ○ You will need an iPhone 8 or newer to be able to use the Sleip. You can use the account on any iPhone 8 or newer device.

  • You will be provided with clear video instructions of how to record your horse jogging in a straight line or while being lunged. 

  • When uploading and processing is done, your Veterinarian will receive a notification that the full results and video are ready to review.

   

About the Annual Subscription

With this annual subscription, as our client, you will have the ability to send videos to our Veterinarians at a moment's notice if you feel there is an issue with your horse either at home or during travel. Videos can also be sent in for patients in a tailored FREP rehabilitation program  to see how they are progressing. This will allow our Veterinarians to assess your horse quicker and determine if a follow up exam is necessary. 

   

Subscription Details: 

  • FREP Rehabilitation Graduates: 

     ○ $50 subscription for one year

     ○ Includes 4 video submissions throughout the year

     ○ $10 per any additional videos 

     ○ 10% off a follow up exam related to same injury if necessary

  • FREP Clients:

     ○ $75 subscription for one year

     ○ Includes 4 video submissions throughout the year 

     ○ $10 per any additional videos

     ○ 5% off a follow up exam if necessary 

   

After your submission is complete, a follow up telemedicine consultation will be scheduled so our Veterinarians have time to assess the videos and also get back to you in a timely manner.
